AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR TWO (2) POLICE CRUISERS,
J[J.,', LESS TRADE-IN ALLOWANCE ON TWO (2) 1976
CRUISERS AND SETTING FORTH THE SPECIFI-
CATIONS:
WHEREAS, the Village is in nee~ of new Police Cruisers;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, -Ai- of the Members elected thereto con-
curring,
SECTION I. That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby is,
authorized and direct~d to advertise for bids for two (2) new
police cruisers, le.s trade-in allowance on two (2) 1976 cruisers
the new cruisers having the following specifications:
Cruisers shall be new 1978 Mid-size or ..diuM Models, four door
sedans, wheel ba.e 110 inch minimum and 113 inch maximuM. Color

SEATS AND UPHOLSTERY: Front: Heavy duty bench type. Rear: Stan
dard as supplied for current Models.

WHEELS: Minimum 14N x 7".
BRAKES: Heavy duty power brakes with dual master cylinder. Disc
front brakes.

Delivery date to be specified in bids.
All bids shall be sealed and shall be filed with the Village Ad-
m i n i strator before 12 :00 Noon ~. ).7 , 1978, at which time said
bids shall be opened. All bids shall be accoMPanied by bond or
certified check in the amount of $100.00. The Council of the
Village of Dublin reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
All bids shall be lESS trade-in allowance with RADIO, RED liGHTS,
RADAR, P.A., ETC. removed from said trade-in.
