AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON BOTH
SIDES OF HIGH STREET FROM GRANDVIEW DRIVE
(J ON SOUTH HIGH STREET, NORTH TO BRIDGE
STREET (161) AND ON NORTH HIGH STREET
FROM BRIDGE STREET (161) TO JUST NORTH
OF THE LIBRARY, ANY TIME THERE IS A SNOW-
FALL SUFFICIENT TO CONSTITUTE AN EMER-
GENCY SITUATION AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
WHEREAS, it is absolutely necessary to maintain reasonable lane
width on North and South High Street in the Village of Dublin in
the event of snowfalls of a sufficient amount to constitute an
I emergency sityation.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. Parking on both sides of High Street within the
Village of Dublin is hereby prohibited between the hours of
10:00 P.M. and ).JOO A.M., whllrta in the opinion of the Vi Ilage
Administrator"is of sufficient depth that it becomes necessary
(J to snowplow said street.
SECT I ON 2. Whoever violates the provisions of th.s Ordinance
shall be fined not more than $100.00.
SECTION .:L. That this Ordinance be, and the same here~y is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the i_ediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that this is a main arterial and re.sonable lane
width must be maintained during snowf.lls and therefore this Ord-
in.nce shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
p.ssaga.
