AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.61-77
BY ADDING PROVISIONS FOR HOLIDAY PAY
0 THERETO AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
PE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Village of Dublin, Ohio ~
of the members concurring that:
SECTION I. Ordinance No.61-77, Section 6 thereof,be, and it is,
hereby amended by deleting the word.~ RAIl salaried eMployees"
and substituting the words "All non-exelnpt ellployees" in line
one, and in the 6th- line of said section co.....ncing with "COln-
pensatory time off", detete the balance of said Section 6, and
substitute "one days pay for said Holiday. "
SECTION 2. In the event said Holiday should occur on an employees
regular scheduled day to work, he shall receive Holiday pay in
addition to one days pay for working.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after the earliest period a".wed by law.
