AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO AD-
VERTISE FOR BIDS FOR "AVERY PARK
~ DEVELOPMENT-PHASE II" AND "MONTEREY
PARK DEVELOPMENT": AND DECLARING AND
EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin in cooperation with Federally
assisted Grants is developing Avery and Monterey Perks, and
these developments currently being needed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT O~NED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to advertise for two (2) consecutive
weeks for Avery and Monterey Park improvements in accordance
with the plans and specifications prepared by the Godwin-Bohm
Group and presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
All bids shall be sealed, and shall be filed with the Village
Administrator of the Village of Dublin, Ohio before I I : 00 A. M .
Febru ary 27, 1978 at which time said bids shall be opened. The
e Counc i I of the Village of Dublin reserves the right to reject
tJ any and all bids.
SECTJON 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same bereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that these Park developments are currently needed
to meet the recreational needs of the Village and therefore this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
