AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
TOT HE PARKS AND RECREATION
COMM ITTEE.
m WHEREAS, the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, Ohio has created
a Parks and Recreation Committee and has reserved to itself the
right to appoint one of its own members to said Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That Charles Mand, a member of the Council of the
V i II age is hereby appointed to serve on the Parks and Recreation
Committee and his term shall cont i nue unt i I Counc i I appoints a

SECTION 2. That Me I Shaver is hereby appointed to serve the
unexpired term of Mr. Mand (who previously served as a resident
member), said term expiring April 4, 1978, and Phil Hill is
hereby appointed to serve the unexpired term of Yvonne Schaefer,
said term expiring July II, 1979. These two (2) members shall,
however, continue to serve until such time as Council appoints
D their respective successors.
SECTION . That any member of this Committee who is absent for
three 3 consecut i ve, regular meeting. will be deemed to have
resigned from said Committee.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
