AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF
THE DUBLIN CEMETERY COMMISSION: AND
SETTING THEIR TERMS.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the following named persons be, and they are
hereby, appointed as members of the Dublin Cemetery Commission:

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members
of the Dublin Cemetery Commission until the first meeting of
Counc i I in the year 1979, and until their successors are appoin-
ted, or until their death, resignation or removal for cause as
determined by Council.
SECTION 3. The members herein appointed to said Dublin Cemetery
[] Commission shall perform the functions and duties as prescribed
and defined in Ordinance No:09-76.
SECTION 4. The members of the Dublin Cemetery Commission appoin-
'ted herein, shall meet as soon as possible at the Municipal
Ruilding for the purpose of electing a cha~rman, adopting rules
for conducting business, organizing the Commission, and tran s-
acting any other business which may come before the Commission
at said meeting.
SECTION 5. The members of the Dublin Cemetery Commission shall
serve without compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
