AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF
THE VILLAGE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
AND SETTING THEIR TERMS.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members coneurring:
SECTJON I. That the following named persons be and they hereby
are, appointed as members of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, Ohio, BQard
of Zoning Appeals.

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members
of the Village Board of Zoning Appeals until the first meeting
[] of Counc i I in the year 1979, and until their successors are
appointed, or until their death, resignation or removal for
cause as determined by Council.
SECTION 3. The members herein appointed acting as the Board of
Zon i ng Appea I s, shall perform the functions and duties as pres-
cribed and defined by Ordinance #21-70 known as the Zoning Code
of the Vi II age of Dubl in, Ohio.
SECTION 4. The members of the Board of Zoning Appeals appointed
herein, shall meet as soon as possible at the Municipal Building
for the purpose of electing a chairman, adopting rules for con-
ducting business, organizing the Board, and transacting any other
business which may come before the Board at said meeting.
SECTION 5. The members of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall
serve without compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
