AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF
THE VILLAGE ARCHITECTURAL BOARD AND
SETTING THEIR TERMS.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the following named persons be and they hereby
are, appointed as members of the Architectural Board as created
in Ordinance 21-70, known as the Zoning Code of the Village of
Dublin, Ohio.

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members
(J of the Village Architectural Board until the first meeting of
Counc i I in the year 1979, and until their successors are appoin-
ted, or until their death, resignation or removal for cause as
determined by Council.
- SECTION 3. The members herein appointed, acting as the Archi-
tectural Board shall perform the functions and duties as pres-
cribed and defined by Ordinance 21-70, known as the Zoning Code
of the Vi Ilage of Dubl in, Ohio.
SECTION 4.:- The members of the Architectural Board appointed here-
in shall meet as soon as possible at the Municipal Bu i I din 9 for
the purpose of electing a chairman, adopting rules for the con-
ducting of business, organizing the Board, and transacting any
other business which may come before the Board at said meeting.
SECTION 5. That members of the Architectural Board shall serve
without compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordieance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
