AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE
D SAFETY-POLICE FUND AND THE STREET AND
MAINTENANCE REPAIR FUND: AND DECLAR-
ING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Appropriation Ordiaance for 1978 includes an Appro-
priation for the transfer of Funds from the General Fund to the
above-mentioned Funds, and:
WHEREAS, these Transfers must be made to meet the obligations of
the above-mentioned Funds:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the Clerk-Treasu"er is hereby authorized and
directed to make a Transfer from the General Fund to the Safety-
Po lice Fund in the amount of $~OQ. .Qo and a Transfer from the
General Fund to the Street and aintenance Repair Fdnd in the
amount of $ "o~ oeo. 00 .

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
[J clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that these transfers are necessary in order to
meet the obligations of the above-mentioned Funds, and therefore
this Ordinance shall take effect and be' in force immediately
upon its passage.
