EXPENDITURES OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
, STATE OF OHIO, DURING THE TEMPORARY PER-
IOD ENDING APRil I, 1978: AND DECLARING
, AN EMERGENCY.
SECTION I. RE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi Ila9~'of Dublin,
! State of Ohio, that to provide for the current expenses and other
expenditures of the Village of Dublin during the TEMPORARY PER~OD
ending Apri I I, 1978, the fol lowing sums be and they hereby are,
set aside and appropriated as fol~ows:
SECTION 2. That there be appropriated from the GENERAL FUND:

SECTION 3..!. That there be appropriated from the SAFETY-POLICE
FUND the sum of $60,000.00.
B SECTION 4~ That there be appropriated from the STREET CONSTRUC-
TION, MAH<lTENANCE AND REPAIR FUND the sum of $25,000.00.
SECTION 5. That there be appropriated from the NEW MUNICIPAL
BUILDING FUND the sum of $238,000.00.
SECTION 6. That there be appropriated from the STATE HIGHWAY
FUND the sum of $1,000.00.
GRAND TOTAL-TEMPORARY APPROPRIATIONS $624,000.00
SECTION 7. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to draw his
warrants on the Village Treasurer for payments from any of the
foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and
vouchers therefor approved by the Board or Officers authorized
by law to approve the same: or Ordinance or Resolution of Council
to make the expenditures: provided that no warrants shall be
drawn or paid for salaries and wages except to persons employed
by authority and in accordance with law or Ordinance. Provided
further that the approp~j..ions for contingencies can only be
expended upon appeal of two-thirds vote of Counci I for items of
r D expense constituting a legal obligation against the Village, and
for purposes other than those covered by the other specific
appropriations.
SECTION 8. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate l
,
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, and for the
further reason that it is necessary to appropriate funds prior
to any funds being expended for fiscal year 1978, and that this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
