AN ORDINANCE Al1THORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF Ft1NDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE
SAFETY-POLICE FUND: AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, the f976 Appropriations Ordinance includes an Appropria-
tion for Transfers; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to Transfer funds to the SAFETY-
POLICE fund to cover 1977 expenditures:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I, That the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to make
a Transfer from the GENERAL FUND to the SAFETY-POLICE FUND in the
amount of $/~,~N.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that the TRANSFER is needed to cover 1977 expen-
ditures prior to end of fiscal year 1977, therefore this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
