AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR 1977:
i AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

I..~ RE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
l, Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto concurring:

I SECTION I. That Ordinance No:19-77 the Annual Appropriation Ord-
I
inance for 1977 be, and it hereby 1 s, amended as follows:
In the Appropriations from the General Fund, by decreasing the
Appropriation for Capital Improvements by the sum of $30,200.00
thereby decreasing said Appropriation from $389,814.00 to $359,-
614.00, and by increasing the Appropriation for Clerical Assis-
tant by the sum of $200.00 thereby increasing said Appropriation
from $3800.00 to $4,000.00, by increasing the Appropriation for
Solicitor by the sum of $1,500.00 thereby increasing said Approp-
riation from $25,000.00 to $26,500.00, by increasing the Approp-
riation for Recreation by the sum of $3,500.00 thereby i ncreas i ng
the Appropriation from $8,500.00 to $12,000.00, by increasing the
Appropriation for Engineer by the sum of $19,000.00 thereby in-
creasing said Appropriation from $25,000.00 to $44,OOO.OO,by In-
I creasing the Appropriation for Planner by the sum of $6,000.00

i thereby increasing said Appropriation from $12,000.00 to $18,000.0 .
I 0 In the Appropriations from the Street Fund increase the Approp-
riation for Maintenance Men (Full and Part-time, Salaries and
Fringes) by the sum of $7,000.00 thereby increasing said Approp-
riation from $27,000.00 to $34,000.00 and increase the Approp-
riation for Supplies, Materials, etc. by $7,000.00 thereby in-
creasing said Appropriations from $32,400.00 to $39,400.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the reason
that it is necessary to amend 1977 Appropriations prior to the
i close of fiscal 1977, which is December 31, 1977, and there-

fore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.

AN ORDIN~NCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
21-70 AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEAR-
I NG THEREON.
~ WHEREAS the Village of Dublin Planning Commission, pursuant to
Section 715.011 of Ordinance 21-70, has, by motion, proposed the
following changes be made in Section 450.063 of Ordinance il-70;
NOW, TflEREFORE, be it and it is, hereby, ORDAINED by the Council
of the Village of Dublin, Ohio ~ of the elected members con-
curring, that:
SECTION I. Section 450.063, sub-paragraphs (10), ( 13), and (14),
be deleted and the following be inserted in their place:
"
(10) The dimensions and locations of proposed structures, build-
ings, streets, parking areas, yards, playgrounds, school
sites, open spaces, and other public or private facilities;
(this provision shall not apply to those areas of the Final
Development Plan indicated for platting and development of
one .4. ~ fami Iy bui Iding sites. However, all lots in-
tended to be so developed shall have building setback lines
indicated thereon.)
( 13) Detailed engineering site grading plans including proposed
[J finished grades. (This provision shall not apply to those
areas of the Final Develop~ Plan indicated for platting
and development of one t~ rOfamily buildi~9:sit.s.)
(15 ) Architectural drawings demonstrating the design and charac-
ter of the proposed structures, buildings, uses and facili-
ties, and the physical relationship of all elements; (In
one .. ~ family building sites this provision is inten-
ded to demonstrate the exterior design, character, and gen-
eral element of and within the plan and it is not intended
to require a detailed presentation by the applicant. How-
ever, it should provide sufficient detail to enable the
Commission to make a decision in following the criteria
set forth in Section 450.07 hereof.
SECTION 2. The date and time for the public hearing on this

SECTION 3. This Ordinance will take effect and be in force from
