AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH FEES TO BE
PAID TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR OF THE
VILLAGE OF DUBLIN: AND DECLARING AN
~ EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.3-54 of the Village of Dublin, Ohio con-
tained a section which stated the amount or amounts to be paid
the Building Inspector; and
WHEREAS, when Ordinance 21-70 (the new Zoning Code) was passed

WHEREAS, when Ordinance 21-70 was passed, it also repealed Ord-
inance 3-54 and all amendments thereto:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto con-
curring:

SECTION I. Retroactive to July 13, 1970, this Council concurs
that the Building Inspector should 6ave, and indeed has been !
paid which said payments are hereby approved and ratified, fifty
0 (50) percent of all fees collected for Building Permits including
plan inspections, heating inspection and occupancy permits, Sign
permits and Well Drilling permits issued through December 5, 1977
SECTION 2. That upon the effective date of this Ordinance, the
Bu i Iding Inspector shall be paid th~rty (30) percent of all fees
collected for Building Permits including plan inspections, heat-
ing inspections and occupancy permits, Sign permits and Well
Drilling permit.,said fees being specified in Chapter BB-499 of
the Dublin Building Code and the Dublin Zoning Code.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peac., health and safety and for the
further reason that it corrects an oversight which occured in
July 1970 and further that it coincides with the new building
permit fees as approved by Council, November 7, 1977, therefore
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
