AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE UN-APPROPRIATED
FUNDS FROM GASOLINE AND AUTO LICENSE TAX
RECEIPTS TO COVER EXPENSES IN THE "STREET
[J CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FUND"
FOR WHICH THE PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED A-
MOUNTS ARE INSUFFICIENT: AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, amounts apprepriated for the "STREET CONSTRUCTION, MAIN-
TENANCE AND REPAIR FUND" are insufficient to cover expenses in-
curred in said account:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Vii lage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto con-
curring:
SECTION I. That there be appropriated from un-appropriated funds
from GASOLINE AND AUTO LICENSE TAX RECEIPTS the sum of $7,500.00
and that the Annual Appropriation for the "STREET CONSTRUCTION,
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FUND" be increased by said $7,500.00 there-
by increasing said appropriation from $59,400.00 to $66,900.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
0 further reason that it is necessary to amend Annual Appropriations
prior to the end of fiscal year 1977 and therefore this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
