AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE UN-APPROPRIATED
FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE "SAFETY-
POLICE FUND" TO COVER EXPENSES IN SAID "SA-
~ FETY-POLICE FUND" FOR WHICH THE PREVIOUSLY
APPROPRIATED AMOUNTS ARE INSUFFICIENT; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, amounts appropriated for the "SAFETY-POLICE FUND" are
insufficient to cover expenses incurred in said account~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto con-
curring:
SECTION I. That there be appropriated from un-appropriated funds
in the General Fund the sum of $11,000.00 and that the Annual
Appropriation for the "Safety-Police Fund" be increased by said
$11,000.00 thereby increasing said appropriation from $165,500.00
to $176,500.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that it is necessary to amend Annual Appropria-
0 tions prior to the end of fiscal year 1977 and therefore this
