AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING BID/BIDS FOR
OFFICE FURNITURE AND FIXTURES FOR
THE NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDING, AND OE-
D CLARING AN EMERGENCY.
HEREAS, per Ordinance 68-77 bids have been received for said
Furniture and Fixtures; and
HEREAS, Counc i I has determined that the bid/bids of the Company/
Companies shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made an offic-
ial part of this Ordinance, is the lowest and best bid/bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR~'NED by the Council of the Village of
ubi in, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
ECTION I. That the bid/bids of the Company/Companies shown on
he attached Exhibit "A", in accordance with specifications pre.
sent I y on f i Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby
is/are accepted.
ECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the tlerk-Treasurer
e, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a con-
ract in the name of the Village with the said Company/Companies
shown on Exhibit "A" for Furniture and Fixtures, in accordance
'0 ith the specifications presently on file in the office of the
-, lerk-Treasurer, and in accordance with the said bid/bids of the

ompany/Companies shown on Exhibit "A".
ECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is de-
lared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
reservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
urther reason that these Furniture and Fixtures must be avail-
ble when the bui..ing is ready for occupancy, therefore, this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
assage.
