AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH, AND TO
APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE "ANNUAL
0 GREENGLEN ROAD RACE" COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parks and Recreation Committee of
the Village of Dublin to establish a Committee to assure perpet-
uation of the "Annual Greenglen Road Race", and
WHEREAS, Village Council must approve all actions of the Parks
and Recreation Committee:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected concurring:
SECTION I. That the establishment of an "Annual Greenglen Road
Race Committee" be, and it hereby is estab I i shed. :
" SECTION 2. That David Hoke, Dave Freas, Shirley Edler, Catherine
Headlee, Donald Bunner, Larry Trask and Dick Strayer are, hereby,
appointed to serve on the Annual Greenglen Road Race Committee
SECTION 3. David Hoke and Dave freas terms shall be for a period
[ of three (3) years, Catherine Headlee, Donald Bunner and Dick
Strayers terms shall be for a period of two (2) years. Shirley
Edler and Larry Trask's term shall be for a period of one (I) year
except, however, said members shall continue to serve until such
time as Counc i I ,appo i nts their respect i ve successor.
SECT I ON 4L. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
