AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE
D FOR BIDS FOR FURNITURE AND FIXTURES
FOR THE NEW DUBLIN MUNICIPAL BUILDING:
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, in order to utilize the new Dublin Municipal Building, it
now becomes necessary to purchase Furniture and Fixtures for said

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto con-
curring:
SECTION I. That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to advertise for bids for two consecutive
weeks for Furniture and Fixtures for the new Dublin Municipal
Building in accordance with the specifications prepared by the
Village Administrator and presently on file in the office of the
Dublin Municipal Building, 129 S. High St., Dublin, Ohio. All
bids shall be sealed, and shall be filed with the Village Admin-
istrator of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, before 11:00 AM November
[ 7, 1977 at which time said bids shall be publicly opened. The
Council of the Village of Dublin reserves the right to reject any
and all bids.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate pres
ervation of the public peace, health and safety and for the fur-
ther, reason that these Furniture and Fixtures must be available
when the building is ready for occupancy, therefore, this Ord-
inance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
