AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE 6 MONTH
PROBATIONARY APPOINTMENT OF A RE-
SERVE POLICE OFFICER OF THE VILLAGE
~ OF DUBLIN; AND DECLARING AN EMERGEN-
CY.
WHEREAS, Charles S. Jamison has satisfactori Iy passed a written
examination, a physical examination, a background invest i gat i on
and an oral i nterv i ew, a II for the purpose of becoming a Reserve
Police Officer for the Vi I lage of Dublin, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Charles S. Jamison for a 6 month
probationary term as a Reserve Police Officer for said Village;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . The 6 month probationary appointment of Charles S.
Jamison as a Vi Ilage of Dublin Reserve Police Officer be, and it
hereby is, approved and confirmed.
SECTION 2. The probationary appointment is to continue unti I
such time as the said Charles S. Jamison is either finally appoin
~ ted and confirmed as a Reserve Police Officer or until the final
appointment is rejected.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is de-
I clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
I preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that said Reserve Officer is to be enrol led in a
training class almost immediately, therefore, this Ordinance shal
take effect and be in force immediately.upon its passage.
