OF THE VlllAGE"S CODE OR ORDINANCES.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Dubl in,
of the elecied members concurring, that:
SECTION I. SECTION 94.35 of the Village of Dublin's Code of
Ordinance be, and it is, hereby, amended by omitting the following
words therefrom:
......and July fJrst and once between August first and September
fir st ......
SECTION 2. SECTION 94.35 of the Village of Dublin's Code of
Ordinance be, and it is, hereby, amended by replacing the words:
...... before June 10th and once before August 10th ......
SECTION 3.:- This Ordinance take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
