AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN
ALLEYS I N THE V I LLAGE.
~ WHEREAS, it appears that the alleys known as Davis Alley (lying
West between Franklin Street and~Summit Alley), and Summit Alley
(lying North between Davis Alley and Darby Road A.K.A. West
Bridge Street) have, previously, been vacated and abandoned by
the Village of Dublin, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, Ohio, desires to
reaffirm that vacation and clear any questions in Title thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, Ohio ~ of the members concurring, that:
SECTION I . Davis Alley, Sell's Alley and Summit Alley, as here-
in above described, and, as more particularly described on a
copy of a plat attached hereto and made a part hereof, are, here-
by, vacated and abandoned, and the Vi Ilage of Dublin hereby
wa i ves, releases and relinquishes any claim of Title it may have
to said alleys.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
U and after the earliest period allowed by law.
