AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CLERK TREASURER TO TRANSFER FUNDS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE PHASE ONE

MENTS ON SAID PROJECTS, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, assessments for Phase One Sanitary Sewers and the Coff-
man Road to Sawmill Waterline are now due, and
WHEREAS, it now becomes necessary to transfer funds from the Gen-
eral Fund to the proper funds to record payment of said assess-
ments owed by the Village of Dublin;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected concurring;
SECTION I. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is, auth-
orized and directed to make a Transfer from the General Fund to
the Phase One Sanitary Sewer Fund in the amount of $917.12 to
record payment of the Village assessment in said account, and to
[] Transfer $8,031.87 from the General Fund to the Coffman Road to
Sawmill Road Waterline Fund to record payment of the Village
assessment in said account.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that said assessments must be paid on or before
August 17, 1977, therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
