AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE 6 MONTH ,
PROBATIONARY APPOINTMENT OF VARIOUS
IJ RESERVE POLICE OFFICERS OF THE VIl-
lAGE OF DUBLIN.
WHEREAS, David J. Butler, Richard B. Hatfield, David A. Munk,
Steven C. Andrick and Randy l. Louks have satisfactorily passed a
written examination, a physical examination, a background invest-
igation and an oral interview all for the purpose of becoming Re- ~
serve Police Officers for the Village of Dublin, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed said officers for a 6 month pro-
bationary term as Reserve Police Officers for said Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, Ohio ~ of the members concurring, that:
SECTION I. The 6 month probationary appointments of David J.
Butler, Richard B. Hatfield, David A. Munk, Steven C. Andrick and
Randy L. Louks as Village of Dublin Reserve Police Officers, be,
and they are, hereby approved and confirmed.
[J SECTION i. These appointments are to continue as probationary un-
til such time as the said officers are either finally appointed
and confirmed as Reserve Police Officers or until the final ap.
pointment is rejected.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance is to be in force and take effect from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
