AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE
(J OF DUBLIN INCOME TAX ORDINANCE BY
ESTABLISHING VARIOUS DEFINiTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio-'--
of the members concurring, that:
SECTION I. The Village of Dublin's Income Tax Ordinance be, and
it is, hereby, amended by establishing the various definitions
and procedures contained in Sections 361.19, 361.22, and 361.25
of the City of Columbus City Code (as set forth on Exhibit A,
attached hereto and made a part hereof) as, also, part of the
Village of Dublin Income Tax Ordinance.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
