AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND RELEASING
A 20 FOOT ACCESS EASEMENT.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio~
I of the members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. A certain 20 foot access easement granted to the
. Village of Dublin by Muirfield Ltd., by instrument recorded in
D.B. 3403, P. 902, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, be,
and the same is, hereby vacated and released and the Mayor and
Clerk-Treasurer are, hereby, authorized to execute and deliver
the "Release of Easement", a copy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof, in order to effectuate 1
the intent of this Ordinance.

; SECTION 2. This Ordinance take effect and be in force from and 1
after the earliest period allowed by law.

RELEASE OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Village of Dublin, an Ohio
municipal corporation, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
release, abandon and forever quit-claim unto MUIRFIELD LTD., its successors and
C assigns forever, the following 20 foot access easement granted to said Village of
Dublin by Muirfield Ltd.. by instrument recorded in Deed Book 3403 page 902, Re-
corder's Office. Franklin County. Ohio, to-wit:
Being the 20 foot access easement described in
Exhibit "A" attached,
it being the purpose and intent of the Village of Dublin, by this instrument, to
abandon and forever give up all easement rights as to the above described easement
area heretofore existing by virtue of the easement of record in Deed Book 3403 page
902, and that such easement shall terminate forthwith. !
