Tf~ANSFER OF FUNDS FRO:: THE
, GENERAL FUND TO THE SAFETY-

PO LI CE FUND AND THE STREET
~AINTENANCE REPAIR FUND: L\ ND
DECLARING AN E~ERGENCY.
\'J~:EREAS , the Appropriation Ord i nance for 1977 includes an approp-
riation from the General Fund to the above-mentioned Funds, and:
WHEREAS, these TRANSFERS must be made to meet the obligations of
the above-mentioned Funds:
Nrn~, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the vi I lage of
Dub I in, State of Oh i 0, ~, of the members concurr i ng:
I SECTION I . That the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to make a Transfer from the General Fund to the Safety-
Pol ice Fund in the amount of $48,000.00 and a Transfer from the
I General Fund to the Street and 'la i ntenance I~epa i r Fund in the
f amount of $23,000.00.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-
0 clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that these Transfers are necessary in order to mee
the ohl isation of the above-mentioned funds, and therefore this
Ord i nance sha II take effect and be In force immediately upon its
passage.
