THE PARKS A NO RECREA T I ON CO'1'IITTE E,
D A~D DECLARING AN E'1ERGENCY.
I WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) members of said Committee have ex-
, pired, and one (I) member has submitted his resignation, and:
iVHEREAS, it is now necessary to re-appoint two (2) members and
I appoint a new member to fi I I an un-expired term:
NOW, THEREFORE, FE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
I SECTION I. That Yvonne Schaefer, appointed by Vi I lage Counci I,
is hereby reappointed for a period of two (2) years and Wi I I iam
Easterday, appo i nted by the '1ayor, is hereby reappo i nted for a
period of two (2) years, and C~~ ~~O is hereby appointed
by Counc i I to serve the unexp i red term of 'leI" Ii n "'oon, sa i d term
to expire April 7, 1978. These members shall continue to serve
I unti I such time as Counci I or the mayor appoint their respective
i successors.

, SECTION 2. That any memher of this Committee that is absent for

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the rea-
son that these appointments are immediately needed and this Ord-
