SECTION I . That the Vii lage Administrator be, and he hereby IS,
a~thorized and directed to advertise for bids for Traffic Signal
Equipr.1ent only, to replace the existing Signal at I;oute 33 and
';iddle School Road, in accordance with the plans and specifica-
tions presently on file in the office of the Vii lage Adninistra-
" tor, Vi II age of Dubl in, ["efore 12:00 :Joon :r"L.~ It , IS'77, at
which time said bids shal I he opened. The Dub I in '/illage Council
reserves the right to reject any and al I hids.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby IS, de-
l [J clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the imnediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the rea-
son that a new Signal is presently needed at said location and
that this Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force immediately
