AN ORDINANCE TO ESTA8LISH "NEW MUNI-
CIPAL P'JILDING F'JND" AND AUTHORIZE
THE TRANSFER OF $70,000.00 FROM THE
~ GENERAL FUND, UNDER THE CLASSIFICA-
TION OF "CAPITAL IMPROVE'lENTS" IN
SAID GENERAL FUND INTO SAID "NEVI
~ 1 U N I C I PAL B IJ I LD I N G FUN D ": AND D E -
CLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Village is constructing a new Municipal Su i I ding and
should establ ish a seperate fund to maintain proper accounting
records for said building and since Council has committed $70,000
from the General Fund "Capital" Improvements for said new ~uni-
f cipal 8u i Iding;

Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto con-
currIng:
SECTION I . That there be established by the Clerk-Treasurer, the
: "NE\;' )!'INICIPAL BUILDING FUND".

SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer is authorized and directed
I to transfer $70,000.00 from the General Fund into said "NEW MUNI-
I [ CIPAL 8'JILDING FUND".

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate pre-
servation of the public peace, health and safety for the reason
that a new ~unicipal Rui Iding is currently needed and proper a-
ccounting of costs for said bui Iding should be maintained and
therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immed-
iately upon its passage.
