WHEREAS the Code of Ordinances of the Village contained sections which .
were inconsistent with recent enactments by the state legislature.
WHEREAS the Code of Ordinances of the Village contained sections which 1
were inconsistent with recent decisions of Courts of Ohio.
NOW TIIEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE COUNCIL OF lHE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO ~
