AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE

: WHEREAS, there is a need for Street and Road Improvements in

i 1977;
i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Vi Ilage of
,
, Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring;
,
SECTION I . That the Village Administrator be and he hereby IS,
authorized and directed to advertise for bids, for two consec-
utive weeks for said Street and Road Improvements in accordance
I with the plans and specifications prepared by the Vi Ilage Engin-
I
eer and presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
All bids shall be sealed and shal I be filed with the Village
Administrator, of the Vi I lage of Dubl in, Ohio, before 12:00 noon

~ opened. The Counc i I of the Vi I lage of Dubl in reserves the right
r to reject any and all bids.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
i clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate

i preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the rea-
! son that these improvements are presently needed and that this
r Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
