AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ,
THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ~

MUNICIPAL BUILDING INCLUDING ALL HEAT- ,
~ lNG, VENTILATING, PLUMBING AND ELECTRI-
CAL: SETTING FORTH SPECIFICATIONS: AND 1
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin is in need of a new Municipal
Bui Iding:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, -iL- of the members elected concurring:
SECTION I. That the Village Administrator be, and he hereby IS,
authorized and directed to advertise for at least two consecu-
tive weeks for bids for the construction of a new Municipal Bu i 1-
ding including all Heating, Venti lating, Plumbing and Electrical
in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the
Vi Ilage Architect and presently on file in the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer. All bids shall be sealed and shall be filed 1
with the Vi I lage Administrator, of the Vii lage of Dublin, Ohio,
before 12:00 Noon M~ t:t 1977, at which time said bids ,

shall be publicly opened. The Counci I of the Vi I lage of Dubl in
[] reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the rea-
son that a new Municipal Bu i I din g is presently needed and that
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
