AND BEST BID FOR A NEW TRACTOR
EQUIPPED WITH A REAR MOUNTED FLAIL

WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 18-77 bids have been received
for the sale to the Village of a new Tractor equipped with a
rear mounted Flail type Mower: and

NOW, THERE FORE, BE /T ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of

type Mower in accordance with the specifications presently on

urer be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute

specifications presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treas-

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby . de-

clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the rea-
, son that a new Tractor equipped with a rear mounted Flai I type
Mower is presently needed and that this Ordinance shall take effec
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
