AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM
! THE "SEWER SYSTEM CAPACITY CHARGE
FUND" TO THE "FORCE MA IN MA I NTENANCE
I ~ AND ESCROW FUND"; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, one of the basic uses of "Sewer System Capacity Charge
Funds" is for maintenance, power costs, etc. of the sanitary
i sewer system, including pump stations, and

i WHEREAS, it now becomes necessary to place funds in the "Force
> Main Maintenance and Escrow Fund";

l NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Vi I lage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto con-
~ curring:
SECTION I . That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby . aut h-
IS,
orized and directed to make a TRANSFER from the "Sewer System
Capacity Charge Fund" to the "Force Main Maintenance and Escrow
Fund" in the amount of $7,000.00.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby IS, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the rea-
~ [] son that this TRANSFER is immediately mecessary to meet the ob-
ligations of said "Force Main Maintenance and Escrow Fund" and
that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
