ORDINANCE EMPLOYING SOLICITOR AND SETTING COMPENSATION
~ BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of

SECTION 1: That Donald A. Richardson, Attorney at Law, be and he hereby

year JlIDe 1, 1977 to May 31, 1978, provided that either party hereto, may,
I on Thirty (30) days notice, cancel this Agreement; that in perfonning his

i duties as Solicitor Donald A. Richardson may be assisted by the legal ser-

vices of other law firms of his choosing as it may from time to time become
necessary and/or desirable so as to fulfill the duties and responsibilities
of Solicitor to the fullest and most competent extent; that said Solicitor
shall be paid the sum of $300.00 per year, and in consideration thereof,
the Solicitor shall attend Sixteen (16) COlIDcil meetings per year; that
said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $25.00 per hour for the preparation
o of Ordinances. Resolutions. Memoranda. Contracts and legal opinions. whether
prepared by the Solicitor solely or whether assisted, and for perfonning
his duties as Solicitor not otherwise provided for herein; that said
Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $150.00 per day for all trial work; that
said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $25.00 per hour for legal services
't incident to the prosecution or defense of legal proceedings; that for legal
services incident to all public improvements, including the preparation of
legal opinions on aspects of said improvement programs, the preparation of
all memoranda contracts, correspondence and the like, and that said
Solicitor shall bill the ,Village of Dublin monthly and shall be paid monthly
for all services rendered and expenses advanced as Solicitor.
SECI'ION 2. That this Ordinance be in force and effect at the earliest
