AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF
THE VILLAGE ARCHITECTUAL BOARD AND
SET.TINGTHEIR TERMS.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin~ State of Ohio, ~ of
the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons be and they hereby are, apnointed
as members of the Architectual Board as created in Ordinance 21-70, known as
the Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.

SECTION 2. That the above named nersons shall serve as members of the Village
Architectual Board until tne first meeting of Council in the year 1978, and un-
til their successors are anpointed, or until their death, resignation.or removal
for cause as determined by Counc:!.L
,. SECTION 3. The members herein anpointed, acting as the Architectual Board, shall
nerform the functions and duties as prescribed and defined by Ordinance 21-70,
. known as the Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.

SECTION 4. The members of the Architectual Board appointed herein shall meet
as soon as possible at the Municiapl Building for the purposes of electing a
chairman, adopting rules for the conducting of business, organizing the Board,
and transacting any other business which may come before the Board at said
meeting.

SECTION 5. That members of the Architectual Board shall serve without compensa-
tion.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
the earliest neriod allowed by law.
