AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST
AND BEST BID FOR A NEW DUMP TRUCK,
AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ADM/N/STRA-
D TOR AND CLERK-TREASURER TO EXECUTE

, WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No:
for the sale to the Village of a new Dump Truck; and
WHEREAS, Counc i I has determ i ned that the bid of /!,c~1/IMJ CitNMU7 ,
in the amount of $"/~."1 is the lowest and best bid.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I . That the bid of ,ft~~A.1 C~~"t') for the sale to
the Village of a new Dump Truck in accordance with the specifi-
cations presently on fi Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer
be, and hereby IS, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasur-
er be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a
[ contract in the name of the Village with the said ,"'~_AJ
C'-H.J for the purchase by the Vii lage of a new Dump Truck In
accordance with the specifications presently on file in the
office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and in accordance with the said

I SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby de-

clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the rea-
son that a new Dump Truck is presently needed to maintain effi-
cient services in the V j Ilage, and therefore this Ordinance
sha II take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
