AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE
IN CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM R-l
ZONING DISTRICT TO ZONING DISTRICTS
[] R-2 AND R-4.
WHEREAS, on February 7, 1977, a request was made to Village Coun-
cil to rezone the real estate hereinafter described from zoning
district R-l to zoning districts R-2 and R-4: and
WHEREAS, on February 8, 1977, the proposal was submitted to the
Planning'and Zoning Commission of the Village of Dublin, Ohio for
~ approval, disapproval or recommendation: and
WHEREAS, on February 9, 1977, said Planning Commission reported
to the Village Counci I that it recommended approval of the afore-
said change in zoning: and
WHEREAS, on February 10, 1977, the contents of this Ordinance
together with the report of the Planning Commission, was f i led
for pub I ic inspection in the office of the Village Clerk, where
it has remained: and
WHEREAS, on February 21, 1977, the Villa~ Council set the matter ~

NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
, Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:

SECTION I . That the zoning map attached to Ordinance 21-70
passed July 13, 1970, and as subsequently amended, be , and the
same hereby IS, revised and amended by changing the zoning of
. the fol lowing described property from R-1 zoning district to
t zoning districts R-2 and R-4. See attachments "A" - "8" - "C"
t and "0", legal descriptions which are made an official part of
this Ordinance.
SECTtON 2. That the Planning Commission be, and it hereby IS,
authorized and directed to make said changes on the said original
zoning map in the offices of the Dubl in Municipal 8u i Id ing.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
