AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR TWO (2)
I NEW POLICE CRUISERS, LESS ONE (I) TRADE-IN, AUTHORIZING
THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR AND THE CLERK-TREASURER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 79-76 bids have been
received for the sale to the Village of two (2) new
po lice cru i sers, Less one (I) trade-in; and
WHEREAS, Counci I has determined that the bid of $n13f(C.:pOIJH4Ii
Ci!evl<ol...t:T fNC, in the amount of $ &;'71..72.. is the
lowest and best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
V i II age of Dub I in, State of Oh i 0, ~ of the elected
~embers concurring:
SECT I ON I. That the bid of ~;C.DOJlM~tJ CIIEV~oU1for the
sale to the Vi Ilage of two 2 new pol ice cruisers, less
one (I) trade-in, in accordance with the specifications
.1 presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer be,
and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-
Treasurer be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed
to execute a contract in the name of the Village with the
sa i d 80a ~cJJoIiHIJN clfa'lI.ol...sJ for the purchase by the V i II age
of two 2) new police cruisers, less one (I) trade-in, in
accordance with the specifications presently on file i n the
office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and in accordance with the
bid of OdD lie .Po~I1AN CI!GV/(oi,.E"/.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the imm-
ediatepreservation of the public peace, health and safety
for the reason that two (2) new police cruisers are pres- ,
ently needed, and that this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
