AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO: 56-74 BY
INCREASING tHE COMPENSATION PAID TO THE VIllAGE
ADMINISTRATOR RY THE SIJM OF $ /Zoo oQ PER YEAR

AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
RE IT ORDAINED by the COunci I of the Village of Dublin,
C. COunties of Franklin and Delaware, State of OhiO, b
... ,. of the elected members thereto cOncurr i ng, that:
SECTION I. The annual cOmpensation paid to. the Village
Administrator, pursuant to Ordinance No. 56-74, be,
and it is hereby, increased by the sum of $ /1.... 00. liP
per year, retroactive to January I, 1977, thereby
increasing said total compensation from $ 17,340.00
per year to $ 1~S''fOI 00,1 and said Ordinance No. 56-74
IS, hereby, amended to include this increase in cOm-
pensation, but, in all other respects, said Ordinance
is ratified and cOnfirmed; and
~; SECTION 2. This Ordinance be, and it is hereby, de-
L..; clared to be an emergency measure necessary fOr the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health
and safety of the Vi I lage fOr the reasOn that said
Vi Ilage Administrator performs vital, indispensible
services fOr said Village all of which are necessary
to said Vi Ilages continued peace, health and safety,
and, therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in fOrce immediately upon its passage.
