AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE
VILLAGE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS AND
SETTING THEIR TERMS.
[ BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 1 of
the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons be and they hereby.are, apnointed
as members of the Village of Dublin. Ohio, Board of Zoning Appeals.

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members of the V-illage
Board of Zoning Appeals until the first meeting of Council in the year 1978, an
until their successors are appointed, or until their death, resignation or
removal for cause as determined by Council.
r SECTION 3. The members herein anpointed acting as the Board of Zoning Appeals,
shall perforn the functions and duties as prescribed and defined by Ordinance
#21-70 know as the Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.

SECTION 4. The members of the Board of Zoning Appeals appointed herein, shall
meet as soon as possible at the Municipal Building'for the purpose of electing
a chairman, adopting rules for conducting business, organizing the Board, and
transacting any other business which may come before the Board at said meeting.
SECTION 5. The members of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall serve without
compensation. I
