AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A MEMBER OF
THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE
AND SETTING THEm TERM.
.c WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio has created a Parks and
Recreation Committee for said Village, and:
WHEREAS, in the Ordinance creating said Committee,Council reserved to itself,
the right to anpoint one of its own members to said Committee: and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to appoint a Council member:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected member concurring:
. SECTION 1. That C, IIEI1JJ Li:E'" , a member of the Council of the Village of
Dublin, is hereby anpointed to serve on the Parks and Recreation Committee of
said Village.
SECTION 2. That CA (~EI1. ,',.; 15 f..!€IJJJ LEE S term shall continue until Council
anpoints a new member in January 1978, except, however, said member shall con-
. tinue to serve until such time as Council does anpoint a respective successor.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and afte
I the earliest neriod allowed by law.
