AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE
DUBLIN CEMETERY COMMISSION: AND SETTING

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons be, and they are, appointed as
members of the Dublin Cemetery Commission:

SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members of the Dublin
Cemetery Commission until the first meeting of Council in the year 1978, and
until their successors are appointed, or until their death, resignation or re-
moval for cause as determined by Council.

SECTION 3. The members herein appointed to said Dublin Cemetery Commission
shall perform the functions and duties as prescribed and defined in Ordinance
NO:09-76.
C SECTION 4. The members of the Dublin Cemetery Commission appointed herein,
shall meet as soon as possible at the Municipal Building for the purpose of
electing a chairman, adopting rules for conducting business, organizing the
Commission, and transacting any other business which may come before the
Commission at said meeting.
SECTION 5. The members of the Dublin Cemetery Commission shall serve without
compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and afte
the earliest period allowed by law.
