AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE
REFINEMENT OF THE PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT
PLANS FOR THE PROPERTY OF MUIRFIELD LTD.

BE~ ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, of the elected members concurring, that:
SECT! ON 1. That the comprehensive refinement of the preliminary
development plans for the property of Muirfield Ltd. situated west of Muir-
field Drive which was previously approved by the Planning aMd Zoning Commis-
sion on December 7, 1976 be, and the same hereby is, approved and that, be-
cause of such refinement and the general lowering of the residential density
in the area, Muirfield Ltd. be, and it hereby is, released from the commit-
ment made by it in connection with the passage of Ordinance No. 15-76 to im-
pose deed restrictions: (a) establishing a 40-foot wide common open space
between the western boundary of the tract of land which is the subject of
0 said Ordinance No. 15-76 and that part thereof approximating 9.88 acres which
is designated on the Preliminary Development Plan to be Low Medium Density;
and (b) restricting the use of that part of said tract of land approximating
18 acres which is designated as Low Medium Density on the Preliminary Develop
ment Plan to a density which would conform with a Low Density zoning classi-
, fication (i .e. a maximum of four units per acre).
SECT! ON 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earl iest period allowed by law.
