AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE SAFETY-
( POLICE FUND AND THE STREET ~ MAINTENANCE
REPAm FUND: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Appropriation Ordinance for 1977 includes an Appropriation for the
transfer of Funds from the General Fund to the above-mentioned Funds, and:
WHEREAS, these Transfers must be'made to meet the obligations of the above-men-
tioned Funds:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, b of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Clerk~Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make
a Transfer from the General Fund to the Safety-Police Fund in the amount of
$ 'Iz 000. ~nd a Transfer from the General Fund to the Street and Maintenance
RepA'ir Fund in the amount of $ /7 (leo.tItI.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health and safety and for the further reason that these transfers are necessary
in order to meet the obligations of the above-mentioned Funds, and therefore
this Ordinance shal} take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
