TEMPORARY APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE: PER
OHIO REVISED CODE 5705-38 FOR EXPENSES TO
BE TNCURRED NO LATER THAN APRIL 1, 1977.
AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR
IU CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, STATE OF OHIO, DU-
, RING THE TEMPORARY PERIOD ENDING APRIL 1,
1977: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, that to provide for the current expenses and other expenditures of the
said Village of Dublin during the TEMPORARY PERIOD ending April 1, 1977, the
following sums be and they hereby are, set aside and appropriated as follows:

SECTION q. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the
Village Treasurer for payments from any of the foregoing appropriations upon
receiving Droper certificates and vouchers therefor approved by the Board
. or Officers authorized by law to approve the same: or Ordinance or Resolution
of Council to make the expenditures: provided that no warrant~ shall be drawn
or paid for salaries and wages except to persons employed by authority and in
accordance with law or Ordinance. Provided further that the anpropriations
for contingencies can only be expended upon appeal of two-thirds vote of Counci
for items of expense constituting a legal obligation ~gainst the Village, and
for purposes other than those covered by thQ other specific appropriations
herein made.
SECTION In. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
C an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety, and for the further reason that it is necessary to
appropriate funds prior to any funds being expended for fispal year 1977, and
that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
