AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE JOHNSTON SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of the JOHNSTON SUBDIVISION, a Copy of which is at-
tached hereto, marked Exhibit "N' and made a part hereof, has been reviewed and ap-
proved in accordance with the Village of Dublin, Ohio, Official Subdivision Regula-
tions, Ordinance No. 27-74; and
G WHEREAS, said Final Plat has, further, been recommended by the Village's
Planning and Zoning Commission for approval and acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio
? of the elected members concu rring that:
SECT! ON 1. The Final Plat of the JOHNSTON SUBDIVISION, now on file in the
Office of the Village Administration, situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin
and Village of Dubl in, and being a part of Virginia Mil itary Survey No. 2542 and being
all of Parcel One as conveyed to Roland E. Johnston and Martha E. Johnston by deed of
record in Deed Volume 1993, Page 69 in the Frankl in County Recorder's Office, be and
the same is, hereby, accepted.
SECTION 2. All parts of Post Road shown thereon, and, further, described
in a General Warranty Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
r, and not heretofore dedicated, be and the same are hereby dedicated to publ ic use as

such; and easements are reserved, where indicated on the plat, for the construction,
operation and maintenance of all public and private utilities above and beneath the
surface of the ground, and, where necessary, are for the construction, operation and
maintenance of service connections to all adjacent lots and lands and for storm water
drainage.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
