ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE A UTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CLERK-
TREASURER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF SCHOOL FLASHER SIGNS; AND DECLARING EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, there is a need for school flasher signs in the Village of
, Dublin, Ohio,

... NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
- of Dublin, State of Ohio, S- of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Clerk-Treasurer be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to advertise for bids, for two successive weeks,
for the installation of school flasher signs, including all labor and materials
and equipment necessary, in accordance with the plans and specifications
prepared. by the Village Engineer and presently on file in the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer.
All bids shall be sealed and shall be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer
of the Village of Dublin before 12:00 Noon E. S. T. I1tJllC'H 1.. s +" ,
1972, at which time said bids shall be opened.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public safety for the reason that school flasher signs
are presently needed to protect the safety of the residents of the Village,
and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon
i its passage.
