ORDINANCE EMPLOYING SOLICITOR AND SETTING
THE COMPENSA TION OF SAID SOLICITOR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN

SECTION 1. That Donald G. Rosel Attorney at LawI be
and he hereby iSI employed as Village Solicitor for the Village of
Dublinl Ohiol for the year 1972; that said Solicitor shall be paid
the sum of$300. 00 per year for attending sixteen (16) Council
meetings per year; that said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of
$17.50 per hour for the preparation of Ordinancesl Resolutionsl
Memorandal Contracts and legal opinionsl and performing his
duties as solicitor not otherwise provided for herein; that said
Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $150.00 per day for all trial
work; that said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $17.50 per hour
for legal services incident to the prosecution or defense of legal
proceedings; that for legal services incident to all public
improvementsl including the preparation of legal opinions on
aspects of said improvement programs I the preparation of all
memoranda contractsl correspondence and the likel and for service
in connection with the issuance of bondsl and notes and payment
1 thereofl said Solicitor shall be paid the sum of $200.00 plus 2%
of the total costs of said improvementsl and that said Solicitor
:' shall bill the Village of Dublin quarterly and shall be paid quarterly
__ for all services rendered as Solicitor.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby
is declared to be an emergency measure necessary to the public
safety and general welfare of the V illage of Dublinl Ohiol for the
reason that the Village has an immediate need for the services of
a Solicitorl and that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage.
