THEIR TERMS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

SECTION 1. That the following named persons be, and they
hereby are, appointed as members of the Village Board of Zoning Appeals:

'"'- SECTION 2. The above-named persons 9hall serve as
members of the Village Board of Zoning Appeals until the first meeting of
Council in the year 197 3 , and until their successors a~e appointed or
until their death:,; resignation or removal from office for cause as determined
by Council.
SECTION 3. The members herein appointed, acting as the
Board of Zoning Appeals, shall perform the functions and duties as
prescribed and defined by Ordinance No. 21-70, known as the "Zoning Code
of the Village of Dublin, Ohio".
SECTION 4. The members of the Board of Zcming Appeals

serve without compensation.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
